At the Clark County Equity Coalition (CCEC), we partner with schools, districts, and community agencies to deliver relationship-centered, equity-driven programming tailored to real needs. We believe every child deserves equal and meaningful preparation for life after graduation.
What Students Gain

Through mentorship, career exploration, and meaningful experiences, students are encouraged to recognize their full potential and take intentional steps toward achieving their goals. Participants have the opportunity to explore specialized career pathways such as medical, IT, entrepreneurship, education, and government/public service, while also engaging in leadership development and community service projects.
The program includes enriching experiences such as educational trips, hands-on learning opportunities, and a culminating celebration that honors each student’s growth and accomplishments. At its core, Black & Hispanic Achievers creates a supportive and inspiring environment where students feel seen, valued, and motivated—while equipping them with the skills, confidence, and real-world exposure needed to thrive in college, career, and life.
