Black & Hispanic Achievers
Black and Hispanic Achievers Program builds confidence,allowing students to discover
their purpose, and expand their vision for
what’s possible.Through mentoring, leadership
development, and exposure to college and
career pathways, our Achievers
are developing the skills and self-belief needed to succeed.
Senior Interpreter Co-Op
Provides access to a meaningful career pathway through our Senior Medical Interpreter
Co-Op training. This program also equips bilingual
students and community members with the
skills to become a Medical Interpreter. As a result,
families gain opportunities for economic mobility
and long-term stability.
Professional Development for Educators
Providing professional development for
teachers and staff, equipping educators with
culturally responsive practices, tools for
meaningful engagement, and strategies to
support every student. This work
strengthens classrooms, improves
relationships, and creates more
inclusive learning environments across our
schools.
Courageous Conversations
Courageous Conversations are facilitated discussions designed to foster trust, open dialogue, and
deeper community connection among
school administrators,
teachers, staff, parents, and students.
These conversations create safe spaces to share perspectives, strengthen
relationships, and collaboratively address
challenges impacting school
and community culture.
P.A.U.S.E. Training
P.A.U.S.E. trauma-informed training,
helping youth and families build
coping skills, emotional regulation
strategies, and resilience. This
curriculum created by
Joanna Curry Sartori, LMFT, Self Leadership Collaborative, strengthens
emotional well-being and interpersonal skills.
Proactive Mental Health Support
Helping reduce stigma, increase awareness, and equip students and families with the
tools they need to navigate life with
resilience and strength.
Connection to Coalition
Offers a practical, values-driven framework for transforming individual concern into
collective, sustainable action.
