P.A.U.S.E. TRAINING

Building Resilience Through Understanding, Connection, and Healing

Life’s challenges can impact how young people and families think, feel, and respond to the world around them. P.A.U.S.E. Training is a trauma-informed program designed to help youth and families develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and resilience for navigating life’s experiences.

Created by Joanna Curry-Sartori, LMFT, of Self Leadership Collaborative, the P.A.U.S.E. curriculum provides practical tools and strategies that strengthen emotional well-being, improve interpersonal relationships, and empower individuals to respond to challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Through education, reflection, and skill-building, participants learn how to better understand emotions, manage stress, and cultivate healthier connections with themselves and others.
